Aida Hotel

We went to a nephew's wedding in Kaleiçi then added an 8 day stay in Çirali. It was our first time there and we did not quite know what to expect. It's a quiet little place, eg no ATM or pharmacy, and we were glad we hired a car. That was really useful going to places such as Phaselis, the Olympus ruins, Ulupinar and Kumluca. We also often used it to go to the car park near the bridge then walk along to the far end of Olympos Beach. We could not have chosen a better hotel. The location is perfect. Plenty of parking, only 4 mins walk from the beach and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The gardens are lovely, breakfast wonderful, delightful staff and the cook great for evening meals. The only unwelcome change from previous Turkish holidays is that alcohol taxes are now punitive and with a typical 3x markup on local wine at restaurants we tended to buy bottles at a convenience store to have on our balcony. There was a request in the room notes (only the 2nd time I've ever seen that) not to bring in your own drink to consume in your own room but that was no part of the conditions when booking (therefore invalid) and we ignored it. Our room was excellent, a triple rather than the double we'd booked so 5m sq bigger. Very comfortable, with a good mattress, nice balcony, good wifi (we were near reception) and quiet a/c which did not dump cold air onto the bed.

I am writing as someone who comes to Çıralı very often. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the recent stay. I think it is important to bring these issues to your attention immediately so that solutions can be quickly produced for the guest's experience. During my stay I encountered several issues that had a major impact on my overall enjoyment and satisfaction. I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly so that you and your property can improve the guest experience. When I entered the room, I noticed that the room was inadequate in terms of cleanliness. Under the bed was dirty.Floors looked like they had not been cleaned well, there were visible dust deposits in different areas and the bathroom looked like it had been poorly cleaned. As a guest, I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially given the current global health concerns. Another concern was the policy regarding outsourced food orders. I was surprised and disappointed that guests are not allowed to order food from outsourced businesses. This restriction was extremely inconvenient, especially for people like me with special dietary needs that cannot be met by the dining options available at your resort. When I inquired about this policy, I got a response that disappointed me and made me feel misunderstood. A hotel has to offer different options to cater to a variety of guest needs, and this policy seems to undermine the flexibility that many travel-planning guests want. I believe that a managed hotel should prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort. However, the problems I encountered during my stay made me question whether these priorities were met. My concerns about this, and those of other guests who may have encountered similar issues, deserve immediate attention. To address these issues, I urge you to take the following steps: 1. Thoroughly review room cleaning protocols to ensure that rooms are cleaned to high hygiene standards before guests check in. 2. Reconsider the policy regarding outbound food orders and try to better adapt to guests' needs and preferences. 3. Train your staff to deal with guest questions and concerns in a more empathetic and understanding way. 4. Establish a reliable system where guests can submit their feedback and complaints and ensure that these feedbacks are accepted and resolved quickly. Aida is a lovely place to stay, I highly recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Turkey. We loved the fruit trees and gardens, the room was clean and was cleaned every day with a powerful shower, the food was delicious, we loved the breakfast and the restaurant at the beach although slightly more expensive than town was worth it for the view and easy access to the beach. The staffs English at the hotel was slightly limited but enough to get what we needed and everyone was very friendly. As general advice for European tourists, always check the prices on the menus, always ask if there isnt a price, and always check your bills. We didn't really have much of a problem in Çirali which made it super easy to relax but have had problems in other parts of Turkey.

An incredibly quiet area, right in the middle of nature. There are dates, sage, avocados, pomegranates, bananas and many wonderful trees in the garden. The rooms are very clean, service and food quality is very good. All the staff are incredibly polite. It is very close to the world famous magnificent beach. There is also dinner at the hotel, but there is also a restaurant on the beach for a better environment. You can have a great holiday at very reasonable prices. no parking problem. You can reach the markets and cafes area by walking for 8-10 minutes.

Very nice and small hotel, excellent breakfast, nice bungalows and very friendly people who know your name on the first day. They organize trips for you and bring you to some sites. Staff speaks English, partly German and of course Turkish. The pool area is also nice. The beach is a bit of a walk but has free sunbeds, shading, clean toilets and shower and cheap food and drinks served to the sunbeds.

We stayed in a lodge (master + 2 twins + living area) it was exceptionally comfortable, although the couple we were with complained of the hardness of the master king size bed. Breakfast is 1st class. It is on site, and much more convenient than going down to beach, as some of the other lodges have you do. Random points: Perfectly located between beach and town. Management is friendly and helpful. Lots of storage in room, (quite a bit better than the other lodge we stayed at). Very clean. Never used the pool, but it was quiet, clean, and tucked away if you want privacy and quiet.

Nice and pleasant hotel in Cirali. The room is spacious with two small balconies. Bathroom, Sheets and towels are so clean. They also provide towels for the beach. Breakfast is nice with omelettes and fresh pomegranate juice. There is Aida-Azur restaurant, 600 meters away from the hotel. You can use sun beds and umbrellas for free. Car parking area is insufficient (common problem in Cirali), you may spend some time to find a parking lot. It’s worth to visit Aida Hotel, well recommended.
